Celebrate the Season of Giving with 210 Watermark’s North Pole Express! 🎄-image

The holiday season is upon us, and at 210 Watermark, we’re excited to spread some festive cheer while making a meaningful impact in our community. This year, we’re thrilled to participate in Morguard’s North Pole Express , a four-week holiday donation drive aimed at bringing joy to children in the foster care system. We’re partnering with Comfort Cases, an inspiring nonprofit dedicated to supporting foster kids, and we need your help to make this season truly special! What Is the North Pole Express? 🎅 Picture a holiday sleigh overflowing with thoughtful gifts—not just toys, but essential items that can change a child’s life. The North Pole Express is a nationwide initiative where Morguard communities, including our own 210 Watermark, team up to collect donations for foster children. Over the next four weeks, our lobby will transform into a festive drop-off station, ready to be filled with your generous contributions. Who Are We Supporting? 💙 This year, we’ve partnered with Comfort Cases , a nonprofit organization that’s changing lives one backpack at a time. Founded by Rob Scheer, a former foster child, Comfort Cases was born out of the realization that many foster kids enter the system with their belongings in trash bags—a heartbreaking reality that lacks dignity and respect. Comfort Cases steps in to change this narrative by providing children with “comfort cases”—backpacks filled with items like new pajamas, books, hygiene products, cozy blankets, and stuffed animals. These backpacks not only provide essential supplies but also offer something far more valuable: a sense of dignity, comfort, and belonging. Each item is thoughtfully chosen to remind children that they are seen, valued, and cared for, even in challenging times. How Can You Get Involved? 🎁 We’re inviting all our wonderful residents at 210 Watermark to join us in making this holiday season brighter for kids in need. From now through December 13th , we’ll be collecting the following items in our lobby: New pajamas (all sizes welcome) Diaper wipes (packs of 10-48) Books (everyone deserves a good bedtime story) Small blankets & stuffed animals (perfect for a cozy hug) Bibs and washcloths (great for little ones) Whether you’re able to donate one item or a whole bag, every contribution matters. Your generosity will help bring comfort to children who often feel overlooked during the holiday season. Please note, all donations must be new and unused to ensure they meet Comfort Cases’ standards. Need More Information? 📞 Our team at 210 Watermark is here to help! If you have questions about what to donate or how the drive works, feel free to stop by the leasing office or give us a call. We’re happy to chat about how you can make a difference this holiday season. Why Should You Get Involved? 🤗 The holiday season is all about giving back, and there’s no better way to spread joy than by making a difference in a child’s life. By participating in the North Pole Express, you’re not just donating items—you’re helping foster children feel cared for and valued at a time when they need it most. Your kindness will go a long way in making sure these kids have a brighter, more hopeful holiday season. So, let’s come together as a community, fill those comfort cases to the brim, and make this the merriest holiday yet! 🎄✨ Thank you, 210 Watermark family, for helping us make a real impact. Let’s do this together!
